Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion

1. Email contact@dharmanext.com from the address associated with your account or business.
2. Use the subject line Data Deletion Request.
3. Include your name, business name, the relevant Facebook Page, Instagram account, WhatsApp Business Account, or other account identifier, and a short description of the data you want deleted.
4. We will acknowledge the request and may ask for reasonable verification to prevent unauthorised deletion.
5. Valid requests are normally completed within 30 days. We will confirm when deletion is complete or explain any data that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.

Disconnecting Meta access

An authorised administrator may also remove Dharma Next Social from the relevant Meta Business settings or revoke the app’s access through Facebook settings. Revoking access prevents future platform access but does not replace a deletion request for information that was previously supplied to us.
